FAQ
How do I register my device?
- Open the app on your LG TV – note the MAC and Key.
- Go to Registration and enter them.
- Add an M3U playlist to start the 7‑day trial.
How do I add an M3U playlist?
- Get the M3U URL from your provider.
- On the web, in Playlists, choose Add and paste the URL.
- Refresh on the TV – channels will appear by groups.
No video / stream not opening
- Verify the M3U/channel URL is active and accessible.
- Check the TV’s internet connection.
- Try other channels; some sources may be blocked by provider.
Network errors or buffering
- Restart the TV and modem/router.
- Avoid congested Wi‑Fi; use Ethernet when possible.
- Avoid VPN/Proxy that may block streams.
Payment/activation
- If payment succeeded but the device didn’t activate, send MAC + transaction ID (PayPal) or payment reference (Stripe/card).
- Device status: new → trial → expired → active.
